Annual Training Statement
Utility Districts
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann § 7-82-308(f)(4), utility district commissioners are required to file an annual written statement with their district by January 31 of each year, using the form below. Please keep in mind that these statements should be filed soley with the district, the Comptroller's office does not retain these records.
Commissioners must file a training statement even if they did not attend any training within the past year.
Municipal Utilities
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann § 7-34-115(j)(8), all municipal utility governing body members are required to file an annual written statement with their municipality by January 31 of each year, using the form below. Please keep in mind that these statements should be filed soley with the municipality, the Comptroller's office does not retain these records.
