Utility Training Approval

Please use the form linked below to request that a class or training you offer (or will offer in the future) contribute to continuing education pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 7-34-115(j)(5),  68-221-605(f)(4), & 68-221-1305(f)(4). 

Any training and continuing education curriculum approved by the comptroller shall be updated every three (3) years and resubmitted to the comptroller for review and approval.

Board members should maintain copies of appropriate supporting documentation, including proof of attendance or completion certificates, for at least two continuing education periods. Should you have any questions while filling out this form, please reach out to Comptroller Utility Staff at 615-747-5260 or utilities@cot.tn.gov
