Administrative Decisions

What is included:

The Administrative Decisions database includes every decision on contested cases issued by the State Board of Equalization from 2006 to date. The database also includes many decisions issued by the Board before 2006, but it is not exhaustive.

What is NOT included:

The Administrative Decisions database DOES NOT include the following types of orders or decisions:

  • Withdrawal Orders;
  • Settlement Orders;
  • Default Orders; or
  • Initial Determinations on Exemption Applications.

Our office is currently in the process of converting decisions to a readable text format which will enable keyword searching within the entire document. The case name and some key phrases are searchable.
