Curtis Langford is the Director of Technology Solutions for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury. He and his professional team manage the information technology needs of the Comptroller’s Office. Technology Solutions provides infrastructure, endpoint devices, application support and development, and Service Desk assistance for the Office.

Curtis has experience in the public and private sector working in both technical and leadership roles. He has more than 12 years of service with the Comptroller’s Office serving in roles of support, systems, and network administration. He also served as the Assistant Director of Technology Solutions for almost four years. He worked more than three years as a systems and network engineer in the private sector where he designed, built, and maintained systems and network infrastructure for a Tennessee based internet service provider. Curtis has always been inspired by new technical challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Curtis received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University. He is a 2018 graduate of Tennessee Government Executive Institute.

Curtis enjoys working with the team to find solutions to technical problems and helping people. He lives with his wife, Heidi, and two children. He enjoys being active and outside on his mountain bike as well as consistently improving his methods of cooking barbecue.
