TAX INCREMENT FINANCING ANNUAL REPORT

By October 1^st of each year, tax increment agencies are required to submit this annual TIF report to State Board of Equalization. Tax increment agencies are also required to submit the following list of documents:

1. Copy of the description of all land within the redevelopment or economic plan area.
2. Copies of all resolutions (if any) approving the original TIF plan and any amendments to the plan.
3. A map or plat indicating the boundaries of the property within the plan area.
