Public Meeting Notice: Lynnville Utility System and Fairview Utility District

Staff from the Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation will meet from 11am to 12pm on December 5, 2024 to hear community comment regarding a merger of the Lynnville Utility System with Fairview Utility District. No other items will be addressed at the meeting.

If you wish to speak at the meeting, you must notify Board staff by email at utilities@cot.tn.gov, at least two business days prior to the meeting. Speakers will be given up to three minutes. Time will be allocated on a first-come basis, equal opportunity will be given to those in favor of or against a merger, and public comment will be allowed until the scheduled end of the meeting.
