Public Meeting Notice: Leoma Utility District and Lawrenceburg Utility System

Staff from the Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation will meet from 11 am to 12 pm on June 13, 2025, to hear community comments regarding a merger of the Leoma Utility District with Lawrenceburg Utility System. No other items will be addressed at the meeting.

If you wish to speak at the meeting, you must notify Board staff by email at utilities@cot.tn.gov at least two business days prior to the meeting. Speakers will be given up to three minutes. Time will be allocated on a first-come basis, equal opportunity will be given to those in favor of or against a merger, and public comment will be allowed until the scheduled end of the meeting.
