Various municipal related entities are annually audited under audit contracts with certified public accountants, as directed by the Audit Responsibility of the Division of Local Government Audit. The division monitors these audits by approving the Contract to Audit Accounts and reviewing the completed audit reports.  These contracted audit reports are the responsibility of the contracted auditor, and the results of the report are based solely on the report of the contracted auditor. The contracted audit reports listed below will become public records of the State of Tennessee, pending review and approval by the Division of Local Government Audit.
