Annual Information Report

In accordance with Tenn. Code Ann. § 7-82-707, publicly owned water, wastewater, and gas utility systems are required to file an annual report with the Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation by the first day of the utility’s fiscal year. This annual report includes water loss information previously required in a separate annual report.
