OREA has produced a legislative brief on the course delivery methods (in-person, online, or hybrid) used in public institutions of higher education for fall 2020 and spring 2021. The brief also provides aggregated fall enrollment figures by public institution type: community college, TCAT, University of Tennessee System, and locally-governed institution.
