SBOE Rulemaking Hearing

Hearings will be conducted in the manner prescribed by the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, T.C.A. § 4-5-204. 

Rules at the hearing include: 

0600-13 - Certified and Equalized Tax Rates

0600-14 - Assessment of Commercial and Industrial Leasehold Interests
