State Board of Equalization Notice of Public Meeting

The State Board of Equalization will conduct a meeting on the 2nd floor of the Cordell Hull Building in the Volunteer Conference Center on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.  This meeting will allow member participation by electronic means. The public may attend in-person, virtually, or by phone. Information for how to attend virtually is posted below.

2.            Public Comment Period (if requested)

3.            Review of minutes for April 8, 2024

4.            Assessment Education Program

               a.         Approval of assessment designations
               b.         Resolution approving payment of additional compensation
               to assessors and deputy assessors for professional designation

5.            Report of Director, Division of Property Assessments

6.            Review and Approval of Shelby County CAMA System Change            

7.            Review of Petition(s) for Review

8.            Scheduling of Public Utility Assessments Review and Certification

9.            Elect vice chair pursuant to T.C.A. § 4-3-5102

10.            Adjournment
