State Board of Equalization Meeting

The State Board of Equalization will conduct a meeting on the 2nd floor of the Cordell Hull Building in the Volunteer Conference Center on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.  This meeting will allow member participation by electronic means. The public may attend in-person, virtually, or by phone.Information for how to attend virtually and by phone is posted below. 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.      Call to order

2.      Public Comment Period (if requested)

3.      Review of minutes for August 10, 2026

4.      Review and Approval of Assessment Designations

5.      Review and Certification of 2026 ad valorem assessments of public utility and common carrier companies

6.      Review of Petition(s) for Review  

7.      Adjournment
