The Tennessee Taxpayer Agent Regulatory Panel (“TARP”) will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the Video Conference Center, 2nd Floor, Cordell Hull Building, 425 Rep. John Lewis Way N., Nashville, TN 37243. This meeting will allow member participation by electronic means. The public may attend in-person, virtually, or by phone.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.               Call to order
2.               Review of minutes from July 13, 2023
3.               Appeals Update
4.               Review of educational requirements for Agent Registration
5.               Review Agent Regulatory Panel members renewal for a two-year term
6.               Adjournment

Please identify the commenter, note the agenda item to be commented on, and whether the comments will be in favor of or opposed to the agenda item.
