Utility Board Reports

Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 7-82-705 & 7-82-401, these reports provide an overview of the activities of the Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation for each calendar year.

Please Note: On July 1, 2023 Public Chapter 463 of the 2023 Public Acts went into effect terminating the Utility Management Review Board and Water and Wastewater Financing board. The Annual Reports for those boards are archived below.
