Utility Management Review Board Special Called Meeting Notice
This is a notice for a special called meeting of the Utility Management Review Board. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss updates and how to proceed in the contested case Utility Management Review Board v. South Fork Utility District (Case Number 54.01-221714A ), and to discuss potential action regarding the East Sevier County Utility District.
Notice: This meeting was originally scheduled to be held in the Volunteer Conference Center on the Second Floor of the Cordell Hull Building, but due to unforeseen equipment difficulties, this meeting will now be held in the IT Training Room on the Third Floor of the Cordell Hull Building at the same time as scheduled.
This meeting will take place on August 24, 2022 at 9:30 AM in the IT Training Room Third Floor of the Cordell Hull Building located at 425 Rep. John Lewis Way N Nashville, TN 37243. This meeting will allow member participation by electronic means. The public may attend in-person or virtually via the Teams link or call-in number below.
