The Utility Management Review Board (UMRB) will meet on Friday, June 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m regarding potential action against Witt Utility District. The meeting will take place in the Volunteer Conference Center on the Second Floor of the Cordell Hull Building located at 425 Rep. John Lewis Way N Nashville, TN 37243. The public may attend in-person, or virtually via the Teams link or call-in
number below.
The UMRB will reserve a period of no more than 30 minutes to hear comments from members of the public who attend the meeting in-person. If a member of the public wishes to provide public comment, please contact the Comptroller’s utility team at utilities@cot.tn.gov by 4:30 pm (CDT) on June 15, 2023. Please include in your email your name and whether your comments will be in favor of or in opposition to the agenda item. Speakers will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to three minutes per person, with a maximum of five speakers in favor of and five speakers opposed to the agenda item.
