The Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation (TBOUR) will meet on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the Cordell Hull Building. The meeting will take place in the Volunteer Conference Center on the Second Floor and will allow member participation by electronic means. The public may attend in-person or virtually via the Teams link or call-in number below. The TBOUR will reserve a period of time to hear comments from members of the public. If a member of the public wishes to comment on a matter germane to the items on the agenda, please email TBOUR Staff at utilities@cot.tn.gov by 4:30pm central time on Monday July 17, 2023. Please include in your email your name and whether or not your comments will be in favor of or in opposition to the agenda item. Speakers will be selected on a first-come, first served basis and will be limited to two minutes per person, with a maximum of two speakers in favor of and two speakers opposed to each agenda item.
