Public Meeting Notice: Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation

Staff from the Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation will meet on June 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST to hear community comment regarding a merger of the Bristol Bluff City Utility District and the South Fork Utility District. No other items will be addressed at the meeting.

If you wish to speak at the meeting you must notify Board staff two business days in advance by email at utilities@cot.tn.gov. Speakers will be given up to three minutes. Time will be allocated on a first-come basis, and public comment will be allowed until the scheduled end of the meeting.
