Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation Special Called Meeting Notice

This is a notice for a special meeting of the Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation. The meeting agenda is limited to Harris v. Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation and North Rhea County Utility District. Some Board members will attend electronically.

This meeting will take place on August 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time in the Audit Training Room on the Third Floor of the Cordell Hull Building, located at 425 Rep. John Lewis Way N, Nashville, TN 37243. Members will be able to participate electronically. The public may attend in person or virtually via the Teams link or call-in number below.

If you would like to offer public comment at this meeting, you must email utilities@cot.tn.gov at least 48 hours in advance. The public comment period is subject to the Board's public comment rules.
