Funding Sanctions

The Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation ("TBOUR") has issued orders prohibiting the local governments listed below from issuing debt or receiving grants related to their utility systems. Local governments may request approval of capital funding from Board staff if they seek to issue debt or receive a grant. These sanctions shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Board or staff acting on behalf of the Board.
