Debt Notification

All Local Governments in Tennessee that have defaulted on debt, violated a covenant, or received a credit rating downgrade must report to the Comptroller of the Treasury within 10 business days of the default.  Please contact the local government's analyst for assistance with the form and email the completed form to LGF@cot.tn.gov.

Industrial Development Boards
