The Joint Capital Tourism Board (JCTB) will meet on the date(s) and time(s) listed below in the Cordell Hull Building, located at 425 Rep. John Lewis Way N, Nashville, TN  37243, unless otherwise posted. The meeting will take place in the Volunteer Conference Center on the Second Floor and will allow board member participation by electronic means, unless otherwise posted. The public may attend in person or virtually via the Teams link or call-in number. The JCTB will reserve a period of time to hear comments from members of the public.

  This is a notice for the Inaugural Meeting of the Joint Capital Tourism Board. This meeting will take place on October 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. If you would like to offer public comment at this meeting, it is suggested that you email LGF@cot.tn.gov at least 48 hours in advance.
