About the Office

The Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury is responsible for the audit of state and local government entities and plays a key role in the financial and administrative oversight of state government. The Office is led by Comptroller of the Treasury Jason E. Mumpower, a constitutional officer elected by the Tennessee General Assembly.
